Prepared technical estimates, technical approach, logistical advice and other technical guidance. Provided practical application of GM’s SDP-21 software lifecycle process for a project management and programming maintenance services. Also negotiated a joint venture through the proposal process to produce a learning management system (LMS) portal for the City of Detroit.
November 2002 to January 2004 – Internet Operations Center (IOC), Southfield, Michigan
Responsible for sales support on all software development projects assisting salesmen, account managers and IOC’s CEO. Participated in sales calls and technical presentations to potential clients. Led a team of 8 developers experienced in wide array of technologies and languages centered on enterprise portal development. Performed architectural design and analyses for solutions that utilize J2EE and Microsoft’s .NET Framework.

Responsible for sales support and delivery of $2.3 million of development work that was executed in multiple concurrent software projects in an n-tier enterprise environment. Assisted account managers in sales support by providing resource estimates, technical approach and schedule estimates. Managed design, development, testing, and implementation associated with the Edcor learning management systems web portal products. Specific clients include the Bank of America, Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, Mazda, Aetna, Lockheed Martin, and Coca-Cola learning management web sites.

Responsible for delivery of over $4 million of development work executed in multiple concurrent software projects using a sophisticated n-tier enterprise environment. Participated in sales activities related to obtaining $10 million in venture capital and establishing partnership with major financial institution. Managed the complete development life cycle for the entire company, specifically design, development, testing, and implementation associated with the RapportNET high-security, web portal, product set, including the Family Office, Institutional, and Board Of Directors sites. These internet-based products were targeted at geographically distributed families and organizations that require extremely secure environments for communication and collaboration.

Responsible for leading a team of programmers in the course of executing $750,000 of development resources. Provided technical guidance directly supporting Ford Internet efforts and acting as a System Architect on the RapportNET project.
April 1999 to March 2001(Part Time) - InfoTrax, Inc, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Responsible for providing CEO recommendations and strategies for exploiting existing technological strengths of GeoPermit, geographic information system (GIS) software produced by InfoTrax, and building the product to support the existing and likely future requirements of targeted market.

Responsible for developing desktop and web server software. Acted as business analyst, architect, code writer, and QA.
September 1994 to September 1997 - VBR (Vinnell and Brown & Root), Incirlik, Turkey
Responsible for all technical aspects of the development of a replacement for the Air Force Work Information Management System (WIMS). The replacement application ran on a Novell LAN with Windows 3.11 clients. Application served the needs of a 200 person engineering staff, and supported a desktop and web interface consisting of 18 desktop windows and 3 web browser based screens respectively.
August 1992 to September 1994 - Brown & Root Environmental, Holt, Michigan
Managed over $750,000 of data collection activities. Responsible for gathering field data and programming groundwater models and GIS data mapping systems for the purposes of analyzing applicable treatment technologies for the remediation of various contaminated media, including soil and groundwater.
